The VITRINE TOTAL application aims to provide a new type of service directly from the Shopkeeper to the End Consumer, offering the option to reserve the product with special conditions before making the purchase. The Merchant undertakes to keep the product reservation for a maximum period of up to 3 hours after approval/acceptance. All responsibility for booking the product rests with the Merchant, committing himself to making the reservation of the products in his Showcase. If the Consumer chooses to cancel a Reservation, he can use the Chat that he has in each Store to communicate directly with the Merchant, communicating his withdrawal. The VITRINE TOTAL Application is just a facilitator/intermediary to locate a product/store, fully exempting itself from the responsibilities in Reservations, Values and Occurrences.
